To tax or not to tax

Hello, I'm new here. Can someone please tell me how I can fix the taxes on my page. I gone through everything, all boxes that needed to be clicked are clicked. And yet the taxes still don't show up at cash out! I don't have the time nor the money to switch from squarespace. There has to be a solution. Please, I am at my wits end 

can you add shipping Option ? without shipping taxes are not show.

I don't have shipping. Most of mh photos are downloads and the packages happen in person.
