When I enter their correct login credentials, I get the message, "It looks like you usually log in with a social account". Then there is no access or instructions to correct or log in? I ended up just signing into my clients google account to get in. It wasn't the best solution because then you are needing authentication/verification to go that route. Switch from social login to email login To switch back to email login: If you’re logged in Click this link to open account & security settings in your account dashboard. Click the service beside Login provider. For verification purposes, you may need to login with your social account again. Click Disconnect. A confirmation window will appear. Click Disconnect. You’ll be logged out of your Squarespace account automatically. You’ll receive a password reset email. Click the link in the email. Set your account password. Click Save. Tip After you change from a social login to email login, you can also change your account email address if needed. CassAggett 1
nogoaway Posted August 20 Posted August 20 there is no confirmation page, and no disconnect button. it makes me log into apple and then goes back to the main account page with no option to do anything else. keep going around in circles over and over and over and over and over CANT CHANGE ANYTHING. CANT EVEN ADD MY PHONE NUMBER FOR ACCOUNT RECOVERY. literally bashing my head into the wall.
