Announcement Bar has gone screwy

I'm not sure how/why, but my announcement bar height is gigantic and none of the specified text shows up. Has anyone else had this happen and have a fix? I don't remember changing any styles that would have impacted it -- rather, I certainly can't find any inherited styles that would have caused it.

Help!
