Issue with Transferring Domain from Wordpress (via 3rd Party)

Hi all, 

Would really appreciate your help. I have a friend who's company needed some minor website updates and I offered to help, but I am by no means an expert. For context, they only want to keep the domain, but are revamping all of the content. Their old site was built in Wordpress and the domain/DNS is managed via the Rocket Communications platform. I was given access and am able to unlock the domain but when I click on "Transfer Domain to another registrar" I am getting an error that "Transfer Out is unavailable for this domain because: not allowed for current role." 

I was confirmed to have full access but I am wondering if there are any specific modifications/settings I need to update in this platform to be able to initiate the transfer. Any help/direction would be so great - thank you!
