Customizing Universal Filter Plugin - w People Auto-Layout (Help this Non-Coder!)

Hi, I'm a non-coder, but trying my hand at some customization, since recently purchasing the Universal Filter Plugin.  I specifically am needing the filter for  this page of Counseling Providers (using the People auto-layout): https://www.newgroundcounseling.com/therapists 

I'm trying to create multiple dropdowns with these options:

DROPDOWN Location:
Bellevue
Redmond
Snohomish
Fall City
Online (Telehealth)
Mill Creek

DROPDOWN Gender of Counselor:
Male Counselor
Female Counselor
No Preference

DROPDOWN Type of Counseling:

Individual Counseling
Marriage/Couples Counseling
Child Counseling
Teen Counseling
Family Counseling

For all the blogs, code-altering, and trying... can't seem to figure out how to create this, or alter the code to allow for this.  Help me, you beautiful coding people!
