Custom CSS for changing item-pagination-title to H3 or H4

Hi - I'm very new to Squarespace and not used custom code before. I would be grateful if anyone could suggest some custom CSS to change the size of the item-pagination-title (the description for next and previous items in a portfolio or carousel).

I can see from inspecting the element it is h2 but this looks too large on desktop to my eye (and far too large large on mobile) so would like to try it in h3 or h4.
