Can I automatically email waitlist people once stock becomes available

Anyone know if it is possible to automatically email waitlist people once stock becomes available? I do have waitlists switched on, but it seems to be a purely manual process to go and check them and then send the email updates, and this makes them a lot less useful to me personally. I appreciate this may not be applicable to some but the option would be nice.

Hi @sussexseamstress0603. I agree that the process of sending waitlists is overly administrative for merchants and can easily be forgotten when adding inventory as it is currently a two-step manual process and cannot be automated.

After replenishing the stock levels (in Selling > Products) the merchant must then go to the completely separate Waitlists panel (in Selling > Selling Tools > Waitlists), select the Back in Stock tab and then click Email All beside each product. It isn't currently possible to automate this so that emails are sent automatically as you update the stock levels.
