wzayif Posted May 27 Author Posted May 27 Couldn’t add nameserver We were not able to add the nameserver. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support. I have contacted technical support for many periods, but to no avail. The site has stopped and the dashboard is unable to add, edit or delete anything And loss of profits due to the company that does not take matters seriously And all their responses are about the delay of time Or send me a link to general information written on the LaTV help page Or they send me a message to delete the JavaScript and restart the browser For the first time I see this poor technical support in the field of domains There is a problem with the spread of my servers I think they are a less than innovative and unprofessional company It was a mistake on Google's part to sell the domain management system to that company
Tricky25 Posted May 29 Posted May 29 I have faced the same issue. Switch your browser to incognito mode and login to squarespace. Creates, edits and deletions should work while incognito. I've tested this in Chrome.
wzayifcom Posted May 31 Posted May 31 I did that but to no avail. The problem still exists for 20 days and my work has stopped
FalconFlair Posted June 4 Posted June 4 Same issue, tried incognito mode, different browsers, but nothing worked. Chat support has been unavailable for more than 12 hours. Support email has not been responded to for more than 12 hours. As @wzayif mentioned, Google has made a terrible decision to transfer its domain management to SquareSpace. I never dreamed that I would buy or manage a website through SquareSpace. Website downtime is a critical issue, and it’s surprising how such a big company can be so careless by not providing any support.
wzayifcom Posted June 7 Posted June 7 The problem still exists. More than 30 days have passed without the problem being solved or any action taken by the domain provider. It was a mistake on Google's part that it assigned domain management to that company The best thing to say is to advise others not to deal with them again There is no real support and no solution to trivial pain To say the least, they are a company under construction
dhfarm Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Having same issues, was this ever fixed for you, if so, how?
clouwebi Posted September 25 Posted September 25 Their chat support is very slow. They cant resolve the issue and claimed to send the update via email. Then they send an email and says I have to clear my cache. WAIT. They cant even fix the nameservers and blame my cookie and browser? Moving 440 domains out to another platforms. Thanks BUT NO THANKS dhfarm 1
dhfarm Posted September 25 Posted September 25 From what I have been reading within these forums and other forums, they have a HUGE problem with this and it's been going on for a substantial amount of time with no real fixes. We'll be moving our business as well as soon as the time period on the new domains permits. We are willing to lose money initially to keep our online business front operational. Squarespace is too big of a risk to depend on.
