How to Unblock Specific IPS on Squarespace?

I'm getting this 404 error message ( screenshot https://capture.dropbox.com/idkpXR0yQWRooul7) when I check the page https://www.ralphkerlesart.com/artwork/p/yellow-dance-notation-1 with Ahrefs. 

So, the page is live and kicking, but Ahrefs shows it as 404. I have already talked to Ahrefs tech support, and they told me that it's because my Squarespace-based site ( https://www.ralphkerlesart.com/ ) is blocking the Ahrefs crawler (AhrefsBot) from crawling it. 

And they recommend whitelisting the following IPs: 

https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/78658-what-is-the-list-of-your-ip-ranges

How do I whitelist the IPs on my Squarespace-based site https://www.ralphkerlesart.com/ ?

The high volume of requests that the tool is making can trigger Squarespace security measures to block them, resulting in the errors. The block will automatically be removed later.

Is that also the reason I get the error in Google Search Console? Thank you.

Although this page looks fine to humans, there appear to be some issues with custom code as it is supplying a 404 error for me. I'd recommend that you troubleshoot these first 🙂.
