Seeking help with an iframe code

Hi everyone!

I'm not very good with code and would be very appreciative if anyone can help me 🙂

My client has supplied me with the code below I've pasted below which essentially contains a box with 2 buttons and a background image.

The 2 buttons open up a form that update that his clients fill out and that information is updated directly into his third-party CRM.

My question is, how can I customise the code below so that I'm only left with the 2 buttons as I need to overlay this on the current design I have? If that's not possible, does anyone know how to customise this code so that I'm left with a transparent box with the 2 buttons and no other text?
