Can you use a PHP provider and link it to JS via "Fetch" to send applications to different emails?

Hi,

I'm currently developing a job board for my website and want applicants to send their applications to different emails as there are multiple locations for each business.

If I were to set up a PHP provider, could my website send the applications then? - My worry is that there are tons of information saying that Squarespace doesn't support PHP.

I would opt-in for Mailto, but I need file attachments.

Appreciate all the help I can get.
