Search bar eligible pickup/delivery distance

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to rolling out a service for my store that will allow eligible customers to have their device picked up and delivery. I want to have a search bar which will have customer input their address to see if they are within the radius of this service. Step 1 have customer input address, if they are within the distance it will direct them to the next page.

Step 2 fill in information about device and customer information

Step 3 set an appointment (currently using acuity)

Step 4 implement payment option for pickup/delivery service.

Would like to know if this can be done on the Squarespace platform. If this can be done how can I get this done?
