Header edit help for duplicated website

Hello all, 

I am having a problem with a duplicated website. I duplicated an old website for the structure but I am not able to edit the header at all, It shows me the option to edit, however it doesn't allow me to as well as change the main navigation names. 

If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated!

Hi @CELS, have you checked to see if there is any custom code interfering? If you use the search icon at the top of the Squarespace menu area you can type in Code Injections and it will show you if there's any added code. That's the first thing I'd check. 

Hello Christy, thank you for your reply. No codes showed up, I attached a video of what it looks like when I click on the edit button. Any way you could help?

@CELS that’s so weird! Have you tried a different computer? I had something similar happen with image blocks when I needed to reset my computer memory. If that doesn’t do it, I’m afraid you’d need to reach out to Squarespace customer support.
