SSL problem with Domain registered through SqareSpace and site hosted as sub domain on iPower

I am at my wit's end. Hopefully someone here can help. I have a domain for a personal site registered here on squarespace. I manage a total of 8 other web sites. The main site is hosted by iPower. The other sites are hosted under that same account as sub domains, pointing to sub folders on the server. All these domains are registered with GoDaddy. Adding a new domain was never an issue, SSL was easily enabled with one click. DNS records point to the iPower DNS servers.

Doing the same for the domain hosted here the SSL status has been stuck in status "In Progress" for a week now. SSL is not working. iPower support is useless. I got answers from "wait 24 hours" to "we don't support free SSL" (which I had no problem getting for all other sub domains!) Their support refused to escalate. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Answering my own question, in case anyone else runs into this: I finally got it to work. Apparently the key was to turn off DNSSEC under DNS->DNSSEC. In order to do so I had to switch back to the Squarespace DNS Servers, turn DNSSEC off and then switch back to the iPower DNS servers. A couple of hours later SSL was turned on for the new site. Hope this may help someone else out there.
