Third party domain connection issues using Hover

Hi,

My client had someone build them a Squarespace website and was trying to get email setup. They then wanted to transfer their domain to Hover and use Fastmail. The 'connect domain' is not transferring. When I log into their Google Workspace - Google shows their domain is waiting for verification. I can't find a way to stop that and cancel their Google workspace account.

Any help would be appreciated. She submitted an email through the chat for help - pattyspicturesofyou.squarespace.com.

Issue Resolved: I had to reset the Nameservers with the new Domain Registrar and then remove the connection from Squarespace and reconnect - this then gave me a new 'verify' code cname record that I had to update in my host dns. After that everything synced across.
