  $(document).ready(function(){
  	$('#currencyMob').clone().insertBefore('footer.sections');
  });
</script>
<style>
  main#page ~ select#currencyMob {
    position: fixed !important;
    right: 20px;
    bottom: 100px;
    z-index: 9999999;
    display: block !important;

Remove the code & use this

<script>
  $(document).ready(function(){
  	$('#currencyMob').clone().insertAfter('footer.sections .search-block');
  });
</script>

It looks great, now how can I remove it from the header to only display it on the footer? thanks

Try this code under

<style>
  header#header #currencyMob {
    display: none;
}
</style>
