Is there a calendar where members of the website can create an event on the website's calendar themselves (with approval from the admins)?

I am newly appointed to work on a website that needs some small tweaks and edits. The website is a renter's website, where experts/renters (login as members) in their field can rent rooms (theraphy, yoga, seminars, etc.) for their work. As of now the office employees are responsible for putting the expert/renters' events (names, dates, description of the event, prices, etc.) and would like to change the system so that the renters can put it in themselves for their own events. This will cut down some work and reduce errors from having to go back and forth between the employees and renters.

Does Squarespace calendar support this or is there another plugin or solution that is viable in 7.1?
