OtiD
Hi brilliant minds of the forum, I’ve come to understand the 12-grid system and found workarounds for everything, except I have two projects (named HELP 1 and HELP 2) where I would love help on how to force the column width. HELP 1 - I would like the 3 square videos to be equal in size and aligned horizontally in one line (on desktop). On mobile, I want them stacked one-by-one as normal. HELP 2 - I have 5 square videos that I want to distribute equally. I am ok with the top 2 being the size they are now (bigger), but need the remaining 3 videos (smaller) to align horizontally on one line, underneath the 2 bigger videos. Stacked on mobile, as normal. Additionally (please let me know if this should be posted separately) my ALT HELP project (bottom of the page) is not only breaking words on Tablet View but also arbitrarily w/o a hyphen. I would like words to not break at all and just jump down to the next line. Appreciate the help as I chip away at my site! https://parrot-decagon-ayt6.squarespace.com/ PW: imthebest Edited May 21 by OtiD Forgot to include url (1st edit), fixed PW (2nd edit) Link to comment

The only practical way to do that is to have 1 column spacers either side, so each video occupies 2 columns. Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Cheers! OtiD
@Ziggy Apologies, fixed the PW to 'imthebest' I think that should answer what I'm looking for, but to reiterate: HELP 1 - The 3 square videos, almost at the bottom of the page, I'd like them the same size, next to one another, on one line. (Stacked on mobile, as normal.) HELP 2 - Same:ish problem, but 5 square videos in total. My solution was to keep the current size of 2 videos, next to one another, and underneath have the remaining 3 videos, equal in size (smaller than above), next to one another. Thank you in advance! (Stacked on mobile, as normal.) The issue is the use of a 1 column spacer block either side right down the page, stop using that and it will make your life easier! If the width is too wide then you can adjust these pages or the site as a whole. You could also use a grid gallery block, then you can set the number of items in each row. You have no idea the path you sent me down - I had my pages set up all wrong. Everything worked out just by doing what you said and my life is easier. Thanks! Link to comment
