Ability to add price additions to my single product

I have a juice-making service where I sell packaged homemade natural juices to customers. I want the user to have the ability to add as many add-ons to their drink as they want. So one juice will cost say 8 dollars, but I want the user to be able to select other additions to the juices like spinach, kale, ginger etc. Each time they select an addition to the juice I want to add a dollar to the price. So say if they select one item the price would update to 8 dollars to 9 dollars, if they select 3 the item would update to 11 dollars. Is this possible somehow?

It will depend on how many add-ons you want to offer. The Product Add-ons feature allows you to offer optional extra purchases when shoppers view the Product Details Page but you are limited to a maximum of four add-ons per product.

So i did what the site tells me but in the checkout I see that both the add on and the juice is separated. If someone buys multiple juices in one order, I'm going to need it to tell me which juice added what addons to it. So I say Juice A wants spinach and Juice B wants to add kale, it wont tell me which juice to add the add ons too
