online live workshop call to action & automatic email with zoom link

Hello 

I want to create an online workshop that I will host live, likely from zoom. I want to know how I can create a call to action on this where the client who buys the workshop will be automatically sent the meeting link & code and then the specific notes on how to prepare for it at home with what I will be teaching? As I am teaching my self a lot of the tech set up any user friendly instructions would be super appreciated.
