DOMAIN CONNECTION

Recommended Posts

I am having trouble moving my domain (registered with GoDaddy) from an existing Squarespace site to a new Squarespace website I've recently built as a trial website.

I adding billing info to the trial site and created a new subscription for that site, but that site is still not showing up in the Domains sections of my Squarespace dashboard and there does not seem to be anyway to "move" my current current domain from the existing Squarespace site to the new site in the Domains dashboard.

Can anyone help?

You should able to disconnect the domain from the old website by logging on to the old website. You can then add it to the new website logging on to the new website.

Let us know if you have any difficulties. Screenshots and the domain name will help us to help you further.
