Visual indicator for when notes are present in an order

Hi! Been a Squarespace user for over 7 years now and I wanted to make a suggestion to the team but have no idea how to go about it so I'm going to post it here!

We launched a product for pre-order back in January and have received a significant number of orders. The product has now started to ship but the waiting list is still significant and since we started taking pre-orders, a number of customers have reached out to have their address changed because they have moved and whatnot so I've been using the Note tab. This is all fine and dandy but there's no way I'm going to remember who I've written a note for weeks or even months later when it's their turn to ship and every time I go in and complete orders, I'm scared of missing one and shipping to the wrong address.

So, my suggestion would be to add some sort of visual marker that notes are present in the Note tab - just a red dot or something by the label maybe? That way, we know at first glance that notes have been taken without having to click on the Note tab every time.

What do you guys think?

I couldn't agree more! When viewing the list of orders in the Orders Panel, it is not possible to see if private notes have been added unless you click into the 'Notes' tab. This means that notes are completely missed when picking/processing orders.

Last year I requested that some visual indicator be added to the Orders Panel when a note has been added, like this mockup:
