Having trouble with image scaling in product for store

Hi,

I am using the latest Squarespace version.

Current trying to create a store with products and I am finding the images are being cropped, I am wanting to show the entire image with virtual frame I created but the top and bottom of image are cropped so I do not get the whole frame.

 

I have attached copy of the original and what I see once uploaded to the "product" image for the store.

The cropping will depend on the Aspect Ratio you have selected in the Store Section and whether this matches the Aspect Ratio of your imported product images. Please see my Product image aspect ratios on Squarespace 7.1 post to see if this helps and then post back with a link to your product if you need more help 🙂
