Cart shows incorrect quantity even though empty

Hello! This is a new website set up for me and I'm having an issue that the shopping cart shows 2 items although it is empty. I have done an advanced clearing of the cache and it did not make a difference. I also have the issue when viewing incognito. Can someone please help.
