How to create pop-up window after button-click on form-block

Is there a way to create a pop-up window when a button is clicked on the form block? Some customers are accidentally hitting the submit button before they're finished filling in the form and I'd like to make a 'are you sure you want to continue' pop-up with go back/submit button options where they can return to the form. Sorry if I'm missing something obvious!
