Acuity Scheduling App not finding clients' coupon packages

Recommended Posts

We've just started to have this problem about a month ago, so I'm guessing it's a bug... We have clients who buy a package of 4-classes (and get a coupon code to apply that to their classes). If a student with a class pack shows up but hasn't signed up for class yet, it used to be no problem to add them to the class, click the "COUPON" textfield in the app, and it would give me a dropdown to select what class pack (if any) they would like to use for that class. But a couple of weeks ago, this stopped working - it has been showing NO coupon codes for clients who have purchased packages, which has been making it a nightmare to sign students in to classes! The only way I can do this is if I bring my laptop (which IS able to correctly populate their class pack coupon on the 'add a student' page), but I need my instructors to be able to do this from their phones...

Any ideas on a potential solution?

also just started having this problem in the app only about ~3 wks ago- and it's really frustrating to take the booking execution off the app to get to a desktop or do via browser. Following this topic as hoping it can be sorted soon

FWIW we've discovered that this is an iPhone specific bug - three iPhones had this issue (out of our instructors who use them to sign students up), and a Samsung and whatever our cheap non-Apple tablet is had no issues. So now we've been bringing a cheap tablet to check students in, but it's still frustrating that me and some of the other iPhone users can't do it on our phones...
