SSL certificate status - unavailable

Recommended Posts

Hi

My new website is still showing after many weeks of being insecure and the SSL certificate is unavailable.   I have read through all the help guides and every thing seems to be correct,  I have contacted customer support with no avail.  Please any suggestions in layman's terms. 🙂

It's difficult for us to help with issues like this because we don't have hands-on access to help. I recommend you contact Squarespace using their chat option. If you experience any difficulties reaching them, please read how to contact Squarespace.

That said, if you'd like suggestions from the community, please tell us the domain name and who you purchased it from. A screenshot of your Domains panel (Settings > Domains & Email > Domains) may also help.
