chauanphu
Hi, I have bought a domain in SquareSpace. I had been successfully created subdomains, deleting and editing them. However, recently I cannot make any changes to the DNS records. Whenever I tried to make any change, it reports this kind of error. It has already continue for a month. Does anyone has solution for this ? Link to comment
PixelSoda
Hi there! Try logging out of your account and then back in, or using a different browser like Firefox. I've heard of others having good luck with these solutions. Otherwise, Squarespace support can help troubleshoot the issue in more detail: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/requests/new chauanphu 1 Link to comment

Maoney
Hi Team Squarespace, Since yesterday, I have been unable to add or modify DNS records. Currently, our developers have been unable to push their code because the IP of our private GitLab instance changed, and we are unable to update the DNS on Squarespace to point to the new IP. This has caused a lot of downtime in our services. I have attached a screenshot of the error. Also, I can't find your support email or contact information anywhere! Kindly help resolve this. alrin
I've never used a domain registrar where the DNS record functionality consistently fails. When I was with Google Domains, this never happened. Since being migrated to Squarespace in April, there have already been two errors. The last time it was down for nearly a month, and now it's broken again. I'm already considering moving to another registrar. I don't know how long this situation will last. I'm completely unable to meet my customers' needs—it's very frustrating.
