Cannot delete or edit a "new form" that I created but do not like.

I have a signup option for customers to enter their info to create an account. Even if they are already logged in, they are still forced to enter their info again to add anything to their cart. Then again when filling out their shipping info. I would like to be able to delete the one that pops up when they try to add something to their cart. 

I figured it out! It is within each product listing.
