Forwarded Domain Only Works With "www"

We have a domain, https://www.lexsuperherorun.com, that is set to forward to the registration page for our run event on RunSignup.

However, if someone types in the address https://lexsuperherorun.com without the "www," they are taken to the homepage of our main website, https://casaoflexington.org.

I have found other discussions where people have the opposite problem and the forwarding doesn't work with the "www," but nothing on this problem. I have the forwarding rule setup with the "@" as Squarespace tells me to.

Hi Ben - It sounds like you set up the forwarding rule correctly, and I see both the naked domain and the "www" version forwarding to the same page now. The changes might have needed some more time to update. If you aren't seeing the right page load yet, try clearing your browser cache or testing in a private browser window.
