403 openresty error

Purchased a domain recently off Squarespace and whenever I open up the url it gives me 403 unresty error with a blank page. I contacted support and they seem to be non existent as it has been almost 3 days since I opened my ticket without any word from them. What can I do to fix this error?

I meant openresty instead of unresty.
