Add icon with CSS that plays pronunciation clip when clicked

I am building a site for an organization with an Indigenous name and I would like to add a speaker icon in line  with a word and that plays once whenever clicked -- exactly like Google's pronunciation feature. I attached an image to show how I would like it to look. Ideally, I would add a code block and drop in code with an area to drop in the link to an uploaded audio file.

You may be able to use a standard audio block and then use a little CSS to hide elements of it.
