How to have transparent navigation menu?

Hello, 

I would like to have images as full bleed in some of my pages in the header with transparent navigation with alt color for  the  logo  and menu. A lot of the tutorials/solutions suggest that I click edit > edit  site header > style > dynamic. However, in my website, I do not have the style option nor the global function when i click edit site header. 

Help appreciated:)
