add hover effect on item-pagination-title on hover portfolio

hi! 

im trying to add the  same hover color effect I already have on the header-nav on the top also to the bottom link of the hover portfolio (the link in the image below here)

tried different things but i guess there is a conflict with the fadein effect of the overall page.
