problem with squarespace official website and store public visibility

Hi everyone. I purchased squarespace to create my website with also a store to sell various types of products, both physical such as paintings, interior consultancy and also branding with my graphics by relying on printful (Marchandisign website that works with square space). I also bought the domain which was approved. Now I have two problems: 1- the domain is public and the site seems to work to me, but if I send the link to others it doesn't work. 2- the branding section and the store where you can see all the purchasable products, both the physical ones and the branding ones such as t-shirts, mugs, costumes that use my graphics, do not appear on the official website. and more, at the end i can not understand i should i will be make clients pay all of this? i tried with stripe but in any case that one will work just for phisical object or consulences, for example, but not for the store....how should i do? How can I solve those problem? Can anyone help me? I tried writing to support but no one responded. I hope for your help. Thank you very much
