Homepage block padding

I'm using the https://marta-demo.squarespace.com theme on https://www.manley.ie/ and it works great. 

Still on 7.0.. for now. 

Current issue around padding around home page content blocks. I love the white negative space but would ideally like to reduce the spacing a bit to improve visability and reduce scrolling!! 

I can't remember how adjustable the index page content padding is on that template, but you can use this Custom CSS to adjust it, the first value relates to the vertical padding:

.Index-page-content {
    padding: 100px 50px;
}

This can be adjusted per page or per section depending on how granular you want to control the padding.
