theoph Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 Hi, I want to ask if there is a way to prevent customers from booking exceeding the maximum quantity. I have set the maximum quantity for each of my services, but customers can still adjust the quantity of services beyond the set limit. Afterwards, Acuity only accepts the number of services up to the maximum limit, and the excess bookings are discarded. This makes it confusing for my customers, and some have complained that they booked more services, but Acuity only shows 2 bookings from them because they exceeded the maximum quantity. When customers book exceeding the max quantity, Acuity only indicates it with red text and strikethrough, and many customers do not notice. Thank you! Link to comment
