TV Image Shape Issue, doesn't fully load the image until I resize the window

I have set the top image on my page to be a TV shape. When I first open the page (this happens on all pages and all places on the page where I've used the TV shape), the image doesn't fully load. If I barely resize the window (smaller or larger) it loads. This happens on all browsers and on the mobile version (checked on my phone). I have also experimented with setting the shape to not stretch vs stretch, and I get the same result. I'd love to fix this since it looks like it's broken when users visit the page (b/c they won't know to resize the window). Thanks!

It looks like you solved? It loads fine to me first time, Windows/Chrome

I did not. It still does it on all my devices. I just logged out and cleared everything and checked again. It still does it.

This looks like a Squarespace bug with the Image Shape and I see it too.

If you haven't already done so, I encourage you to contact Squarespace Customer Support to report this directly. This is the only official channel to report potential bugs so that they can be accurately tracked, investigated, and escalated. Do let us know how you get on.

That's a relief, (I'm not loosing it lol). Thank you for the info! I'll send a report. 

I'll leave this here in case anyone else runs into this super specific issue.
I tried emailing support (no luck). I just did more investigating and found that it seems to be a problem with the sitewide animation conflicting with the image animation. It only happens when the sitewide animation is set to 'scale' and the image animation is turned on (the speed of the animation, shape, and type of local image animation does not seem to matter that I can tell).

Solution: If I change the sitewide animation to anything other than 'scale' it works fine.
