Using code for a multi lingual website - how to do this with folders

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I successfully used the code in the video below to create a multilingual website by hiding pages.

I then made the Language link to be a button.

I am trying to replicate this for another website which is more intricate, however I don't know how to do this since this website has folders with drop down navigation. Can anyone help me?

It is so appreciated!

Poppy

Website where I installed the language switch: lavender-frog-2xnl.squarespace.com (password: matheus)

Website where I want to instal the language switch ( with folders): porpoise-tetra-wcws.squarespace.com (password: rhone)

Hello - would you be able to share how you did it then with folders? I tried both methods and the Campus Vibez solution did not work at all and the Brad Good method (that I used until recently) messes up my navigation display.

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

It used to look decent with nav displaying in each language on the different pages in Estonian en English.

About a month ago, it started looking messed up, like the image below.

I have removed the Brad Good code so now both navigation appear on either side of the logo. : https://studioaurelie.com/en/projects

Not looking very professional. Hope you can help. Thanks
