Square cancelled my account with no warning

Danger!  We received an email from Square yesterday, and in less than 24 hours we are deactivated!  This is devastating, and totally unexpected.

We upgraded our squarespace account three weeks ago use the squarespace POS (which is ONLY compatible with Square).

Things were working great.....until this morning.

As of this morning, no access to our funds, no POS for selling. Customer service for Square would not tell us why.  They are stonewalling us and have kicked us out as to why.  

Our in person business is dead in the water today and now we are scrambling for a new POS.  And we are worried we are going to lose all of our money that was in our Square account.
