Formatting for larger screens

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hey there! I just built a 1-page menu for a food truck. On my desktop monitor, I don't see this issue, but they can on their larger 27" monitor. The two issues are:

1. the checkered banner doesn't bleed to the edges

2. there is a big white block above the footer

Any tips on how to fix these two issues? Site is rose-tomato-tjlz.squarespace.com and password is nikki

Thank you!!

You need the section height to be set to L or it won't sideways cover the full height if the screen.

How have you set the checkerboard?

Can you share your website URL?

Hey! Here is the site url rose-tomato-tjlz.squarespace.com (password is nikki)

I set the checker to fill. I adjusted the spacing width but now it's making the ratios off on XL screens - image attached. The hot dog headers are images if that helps!
