form invisible unless refreshed

newbie in need of help. I have 2 embedded forms not showing up on mobile or desktop unless the pages are refreshed. One is a donation form created through QGiv and the other is an email sign up through bloomerang. SS is telling me they aren't the issue, qgiv is telling me they aren't the issue and i'm waiting to hear back from bloom. I have limited knowledge of coding and have no idea how to fix this. Any tips, recommendations are greatly appreciated!
