Turn off video spinner

I have a video background in one of my sections. When it loads it has a white spinner animation for a second. I would like to turn this off but I couldn't find an html element or the correct css class to turn this off.

I can not see the animation as you described before. Can you share me when we can find it? Take screenshot or video could help a lot

@Beyondspace It shows up for a second as the video in the top section loads. If you have a fast connection you might not see it at all.

@cdelguercio You can try this code to Website > Website Tools > Custom CSS.
