On Gallery Slidershow block - How to make the Title and Desc positioned OUTSIDE of image?

Hi,

I have a gallery slideshow with Title and Description captions.

I want the text to be place OUTSIDE and left of the image, the block editor only has options to move the caption around INSIDE the image. i.e. i can make it top, bottom, left etc but it has to be an overlay on the image.

I can't work out how to use CSS to move it outside the image, as the HTML structure has the text appended to the image.
