Cant get any Squarepace support - need help

I am trying to convert and move to Squarespace. Is there a way to talk with them directly? Sending a question through the contact form has not yielded any response for over 48 hours. How do you get support in a timely enough manner to be able to use Squarespace as a provider?  Thanks t
