I can't find my domain and my site is down

Im trying to find my domain, my website is down. I have 1 of our volunteers trying to fix it but they can't get any assistance. We are a non-profit museum made up of volunteers and can't get our website back up because of all these websites changing of hands. 

I can't find help anywhere. Our site is down and we're losing money and exposure. Please help us. Thank ou
