Pick up and Delivery / service

Hi have a unique business structure unlike most service businesses where they perform the service scheduled and leave - I have and wash and fold laundry business. I need something not unlike uber /grubhub where the order stays active after the appointment time and I can schedule a delivery time for the same customer. 

Another obstacle is I don't have final prices until i weight the laundry and I need to give the ability to tip and i'd like to not use 2 payment processors.
