Aligning 2 blocks horizontally

Hello,

Is there a way to ensure that two blocks that are different in height (image block and text block in my case) are always horizontally-center-aligned?

I need the text on right to stay horizontally centered to the image on the left (roughly where the purple lines are on my illustration).

With the classic editor, you can keep text blocks aligned using spacer blocks, one on the top and one on the bottom of the text block. Using FE you might use two square shape blocks with the color set for clear. They seem to simulate spacer blocks, so put one on the top and one on the bottom of the text block.
