Provide Form / approve / feed content back into the site

Hi, Would any of you know if it is possible to:

1. provide a form for a job listing
2. receive a 'ping-alert' when submitted
3. approve form content
4. certain fields of the form 'live feed' / automatically update a job listing section on the website?

Sounds like a unicorn wish to me, but that's what my client has in mind... Does anyone came across that before?

I believe this is not possible.

I used to do this, but it is WordPress.

I guess you try find a 3rd party service to achieve this.
