Print Receipt Issue

Hi, currently when i print receipt for a customer order, some of the text is either jumbled or completely bugged. I have attache dimage sto show the issue. Additionally, after having looked around, im trying to find if the order receipts can be modified/customized in any way? I thought perhaps it was a font isssue with my site style, but i cannot find a way to change the fonts or add logos or anything. 

Note that i can add additional jpgs if needed, but did not want to show any customer info.
